Insgesamt in Ordnung, aber einige Details (Sauberkeit im Zimmer,...) verbesserungswürdig.

Die Begrüßung war sehr nett und hilfsbereit jedoch war das check in online schon etwas mühsam, bekam hintereinander 7 Mails, wir habens schlussendlich aber dann geschafft!
Zimmer wäre schön und gut jedoch war es von Anfang an nicht schön geputzt, staub lag herum, Spritzer im Bad an der Wand und ein Bierdeckel am Boden

Velmi vstřícný přístup ke psům, velmi milé překvapení na pokoji v podobě psích misek a upraveného křesla… děkuji!

we were a family there with our toddler and you guys just gave us the worst room available. That was pretty bad.

Small beds, otherwise very comfortable

Nice clean and well planned building. The fridge was not very cold but no other issues
