Nice clean and well planned building. The fridge was not very cold but no other issues

Apartment sehr sporadisch eingerichtet, aber alles da was man braucht.
Sofa absolut ungeeignet zum schlafen

Für das geld wenig zufriedenstellend.

Sehr freundlich, super Lage, schöne Größe, hat Luft nach oben bzgl. Sauberkeit

Für uns ist es sehr wichtig, dass sich unsere Gäste stets willkommen, gut umsorgt und wohl fühlen. Schade, dass wir dich nicht in allen Punkten überzeugen konnten.
Zudem war es mir eine besondere Freude zu lesen, dass du mit der Leistung unseres Teams zufrieden warst und ich werde dein Lob daher gerne mit meinen Kollegen teilen.
Ich möchte mich in aller Form dafür entschuldigen, dass das Zimmer nur mangelhaft gereinigt war. Ich kann dir versichern, dass dies nicht unserem hohen Standard entspricht und unsere leitende Hausdame hier auch bereits die notwendigen Konsequenzen gezogen hat.

Poloha dobrá, recepční také. Čistota v pokoji nedostatečná. Snídaně stále stejné bez jakékoli obměny, což není dobré pokud jste tu tak dlouho jako jsme byli my (7 nocí).

I would like to apologize in any way for the fact that your room, as it seems, was only deficiently cleaned. I can assure you that this does not correspond to our high standard and our executive housekeeper has already drawn the necessary consequences here.

We are especially sorry about your comments on our breakfast. Usually our breakfast is very good with our guests, which is why we regret the fact that you have noticed differently. We would like to convince you next time that we can do better and would be very happy about a second chance.

We sincerely hope that you will return to us and we will be able to convince you of our quality.
