The room was clean and well-appointed. The staff was courteous. The only concern was the air conditioning did not cool down the room enough.

Das Hotel ist erst seit wenigen Wochen in Betrieb, das Personal wirkt überfordert und wenig professionell. Ausnahme bildet hier das "Frühstücks-Team" ,sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Ausstattung entspricht den aktuellen Anforderungen an Komfort, etc.
Die Lage ist direkt an der Altstadt, trotz Haupstraße ist es ruhig im Haus.
Das Frühstück entspricht dem Standard, alles was man für einen Start in den Tag braucht, ist in guter Qualität vorhanden.

Jung, modern, sehr angenehme Stimmung, das Konzept mit Rezeption, Bar und Frühstücksraum im letzten Stock ist sehr gut gelungen

A great hotel is a combination of a place itself (amenities, looks, surroundings) and people (staff, service quality). In this case, 1st part was above expectations and I would give a very high note (although there was a small imperfection about bathroom cleaning, but in general the room was amazing). Nevertheless, the staff/service part spoiled the whole impression. Clearly not everyone should be working in the front office (like murmurring behind people's back and making disguisted faces when having to deal with people coming with requests). I understand that everyone needs to learn, but in such an exposed position and lack of basic people skills this has to be done under supervision. I loved the hotel itself, but the situation with the front desk officer totally spoiled my impression.
