It is a budget hotel for short stays only. The location is perfect and the staff was very courteous and helpful.

Gutes Hotel in bester Lage. Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut geschnitten, das Bad sauber und großzügig, die Betten waren gemütlich, die Klimaanlage war auch wirklich kühl und leise, das Frühstück reichhaltig und gut. Ein wirkliches Plus ist die Lage direkt am Rand der Lienzer Fußgängerzone, wo wir zwei Sommerabende ausgiebig genossen haben. Wir waren zwar zum ersten, aber scher nicht zum letzten Mal hier.

Sehr modern, alles neu. Angenegme Betten, super Dusche. Rezeption im 4. Stock etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Nettes Personal - nichts zu beklagen.

Overall the hotel was very nice and a good value for the price I paid. Some areas that need attention include: a) staff need better training. the staff are nice, but lack the professional, customer facing service that one gets at a more mature hotel (e.g. Hyatt, Marriott or any of the Mom and Pop places I stay in Austria). b) I had a kitchenette and while I was expected to do my own dishes (no dishwasher), there was no sponge or dishtowels and I had to walk around the hotel asking staff to help locate cleaning supplies (they looked bewildered when I asked them for such things). Eventually I had to go to the store to get my own supplies. c) I had requested a quiet room weeks in advance and yet the room I got was right next to the busiest road in Lienz. My impression is that this hotel has the potential to be terrific, but still has some kinks to work out. That said, the room was spacious, super clean and comfortable. I was also happy how quiet it is with the windows shut.

Gut, Sauberkeit in den Gängen lässt zu Wünschen übrig, war über mehrere Tage arg verschmutzt!
Personal war sehr freundlich sowohl an der Rezeption, als auch beim Frühstück.
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, und alles vorhanden was gewünscht wurde.

Es ist sehr schön, supi Personal… sehr zuvorkommend👌, Regenschirm zum ausleihen… solchen Service finde ich mega👍

Sehr angenehm, sehr modern und alles gut funktioniert. Etwas staubig unter dem Bett und auf dem Betthaupt. Flecken auf dem Boden beim Balkonausgang. Wie in jedem Hotel haben die Zimmermädchen einfach vermutlich zu wenig Zeit pro Zimmer… aber das war wirklich kaum störend, ich komme 100% ig wieder.

Neues Hotel, sehr sauber und optisch schön eingerichtet!

Leider musste Bar bezahlt werden obwohl Geschäftlich angereist wurde.

Ansonsten alles perfekt.
