The reception and room cleaning were very bad, the fact that the room was not cleaned daily was unacceptable for a room that was already delivered dirty. I had to report the situation to the reception because the water drain in the bathroom was clogged. It was quite far from the city center. I do not think I will ever stay or prefer it again. It was my worst hotel experience in Europe.

In regards to the cleaning, you were informed by Check-In that there will be no daily cleaning and agree. Of course there is always the option for room-cleaning if the customer informs us they wish to have cleaning done, this was also mentioned by Check-In.
We will discus the issues you have raised with our management team.
We are always great-full if customers inform us about disadvantageous so we can continue to improve.

Schöne Apartments, leider nicht sehr zentral.

Moderne Einrichtung. Super freundliches Personal bei der Rezeption! Dafür eine großes +! Preisgestaltung ist egal ob in Wien oder Linz für meinen Geschmack für meinen Geschmack zu variabel ....

The "Donauradweg" is perfectly available from the hotel.
The rooms were perfec se well.
The staff was really nice.
We were very satisfied.
