Great experience. Only complaint is the laundry machine. The dryer failed on my 3 times and I couldn't get a refund from the app. Lost around $10 euros. Otherwise fantastic experience

Dear Guest,

We are delighted that you had a wonderful time with us overall and would recommend our hotel. Your praise for the reception, room, service, and value for money is particularly wonderful feedback and motivation for the entire team.

We understand how frustrating it is when the dryer in the laundry room doesn't work and there are problems with the refund. We are truly sorry that this resulted in a financial loss for you. Such experiences shouldn't be part of an otherwise successful stay, and we take your feedback very seriously.

It's great to hear that everything else impressed you and that you generally felt comfortable with us. We hope you will look back fondly on your time at harry’s home Munich and perhaps have the pleasure of welcoming you back again soon.

Best regards,

Your team at harry’s home Munich
