The rooms on 4th floor could be better equipped. For example, a mini fridge. I asked for one but none available I'm told.
Also, I was asked upon checkin if I wanted an invoice. I agreed but didn't realize I was not able to remove the breakfast charge for my checkout day since my flight out of Munich was early morning 5am. So had no choice but to give Harry's Home the 18 Euros. I feel this should be adjustable in their system

We are sorry that the amenities in the rooms on the fourth floor did not quite meet your expectations – the lack of a refrigerator, in particular, is appreciated by some guests as an important convenience. Your feedback is very helpful for us to identify where we can improve our amenities in the medium term.
We also understand your comment about breakfast. Especially when your departure day starts so early, it is of course frustrating when adjustments to the billing are no longer possible. We take your feedback very seriously and see it as an important stimulus for our processes.
