I would say its spotlessly clean, bed was very comfortable. Walk in wardrobe was great, shower great. Very convenient location, lovely area. Very handy being next to the supermarket, which has cheap prices.
The only negatives which were not too big a deal was that the safe is supposed to be open to use, we asked a couple of times if someone could open it but it never happened so we gave up. My husband asked to have the coffee machine on offer with pods for 5 day hire, also never turned up. We booked two rooms, I think when we checked in, the data wasnt processed for both rooms because I got a rude awakening at 645 the next morning, checking there was someone in the room.
Staff were all lovely, particularly Martin.
