I had a great experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, perfectly situated between the airport and the city center of Munich. Everything was incredibly clean and efficient. The staff was very kind, even storing my luggage for me without any hassle. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience and comfort!

Staff was welcoming, overall the whole building is in good condition, some vending machines inop. The self service for towels and toilet paper is a little annoying. Washing and drying costs too much. The location is stellar, can’t find a better place for transit and food options.

Als Deutscher muss beim Einchecken definitiv gesetzlich kein Ausweis vorgezeigt werden.

Bei meinem Aufenthalt stand durch eine Störung der Stadtwerke kein warmes Wasser zur Verfügung, worauf vom Personal beim Einchecken sehr freundlich darauf hingewiesen wurde. Das man zuerst einchecken und dann erst in die Tiefgarage fahren kann, ist umständlich und nicht besonders kundenfreundlich, vor allem wenn man schon an der Einfahrt zur Garage steht.

Location was convenient, but I feel deceived by the poorly-equipped kitchen and useless WiFi
