An sich sehr schönes Hotel, in welches ich sicher nochmals nochmals einen Aufenthalt planen werde.

Vielen Dank für Ihre freundliche Rückmeldung! Es freut uns sehr, dass Ihnen unser Haus insgesamt so gut gefallen hat und Sie bereits einen weiteren Aufenthalt bei uns planen. Auch Ihr Lob an unser Frühstücksteam geben wir sehr gerne weiter.

Umso mehr bedauern wir jedoch, dass die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer bei Ihrer Ankunft nicht unserem Standard entsprach. Dass Sie erst zweimal nachfragen mussten, bis die Rückstände des Vorgängers an der Kloschüssel vollständig entfernt wurden, ist für uns nicht akzeptabel. Hierfür möchten wir uns aufrichtig bei Ihnen entschuldigen. Wir haben diesen Vorfall bereits mit unserer Hausdame besprochen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Endkontrollen der Zimmer künftig wieder mit der gewohnten Gründlichkeit durchgeführt werden.

Great hotel, breakfast was lovely, it was clean, very well organized check-in and check-out, excellent service. Right next to train and bus station.
