Todo estaba muy limpio y el desayuno está muy completo y delicioso, solo lleguemos y no estaba lista la habitación tuvimos que esperar, pero todo lo demás muy bien!

We were very happy to find this hotel and had good experience of staying. Originally we had booked an apartment with Vrbo, but found out the last minute that the place was not available, so we searched the internet trying to find a place to stay. We called Harry's Home Salzburg around midnight trying to book for one night of staying for the same day, the front desk was very helpful and booked two rooms for our family of 5 people. When we checked in to our rooms, we immediately loved this place. The rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. We felt that we got a lot for what we paid. Their price is also very reasonable. The location is great, only a few minutes walking distant to the train station. We did not take any taxi in Salzburg, we walked from the hotel to the attractions in Salzburg. It was a plus when we found out that breakfast was included in the room cost. We had a great time in Salzburg, part of the reason was because of our experience with this hotel. We definitely recommend this place to stay.

Overall, my impression is that everything was really excellent. I was there on a long stay, and I truly felt at home. The staff were always smiling and friendly. They deal every day with all kinds of guests who don’t understand that just because they’ve paid, it doesn’t mean they can behave like royalty. One of the employees was especially kind and pleasant. They constantly asked if I needed anything or if I was happy, and sometimes I would even get a special treat. The room was just the right size—exactly as it should be. Really nothing to complain about. The only thing that would be nice is if the reception desk stayed open longer. They truly work hard and are genuinely good people.

We enjoyed our stay. Location is great when arriving by train, clean and functional rooms e.g. has a lot of hooks, mattress very comfortable and also pillows.

Prinzipiell sehr schön, nur Bad könnte sauberer sein
