Nice big room. Clean and tidy. Love the separate toilet.
It would be perfect to have a small fridge in the room.
Location is good. Not too far from the main station and not in a crowded area.

Etwas kühlen Atmosphäre

Es hat gepasst. Die erwähnten “Komplikationen” waren das Hauptproblem meiner unzufriedenheit

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations.

Please allow us to clarify: in September, the heating system in the entire building is not yet in operation, as it is centrally controlled and not room by room. The system is switched on starting 01 October 2025, though it may take 1–2 days until it runs smoothly. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.

We are also sorry that you had to collect towels from the reception. This should have been better prepared, and we will review this with our team to avoid a repeat.

Regarding the iron: unfortunately, we do not provide individual irons in the rooms, but our reception team is happy to offer alternatives.

We are pleased that you found the cleanliness to your satisfaction, and we hope to welcome you again under improved conditions.

Would never recommend or stay here again

Your reservation was made via Booking.com under a non-refundable rate. This option was selected by you at the time of booking. As stated in the conditions you accepted, cancellations or refunds are not possible. For future bookings, we kindly recommend paying close attention not only to the price but also to the cancellation policies.

Regarding cleaning: as clearly communicated before arrival, at check-in, and in the in-room brochure, room cleaning is provided every 3 nights. This is part of our concept, and we are happy to provide additional service upon request.

You also booked a specific room category that differs from our standard rooms. It is therefore not correct to generalize your experience or expect a downgrade afterward.

We regret that your stay did not meet your expectations. At the same time, we kindly remind you that the conditions and services were transparent from the beginning.
