It is ok clean but very basic
Regarding your towels, our standard policy is that rooms are fully cleaned and linens/towels are changed after every three days. We apologize if this caused any inconvenience during your four-day stay.
For future visits, please note that we have a Service Point downstairs on level -1 where you are more than welcome to pick up fresh towels at any time. Alternatively, you can always stop by the reception, we keep a supply of towels there as well and can immediately inform our housekeeping team to assist you further.
