Sehr gepflegt, gute Lage (wenn man zum Bahnhof möchte), etwas laut (schlafen mit offenem Fenster war leider nicht so gut möglich)

Hotel was spacious and in a good location for busses and trains

Room is ok, comfortable and big

Anyway, the 1st problem is really not acceptable. I need to wash my clothes in the neighbor hostel. Ridiculous. You may allow the wash machine accepts coin or other payment too. I alnost confirm that is only the payment system problem
