I booked this hotel because it said it just opened four months ago. Yet the mold on the ceiling was terrible. It must have been a hotel already and just changed names. It didn’t feel new at all.
This hotel felt like a hostel. It wasn’t expensive but it wasn’t that cheap either.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We took over the house on 15.01.24 and had our soft opening on 23.01.24. We have renovated every floor. Yesterday we were immediately upstairs in the room after your request and looked at it and treated it immediately. Unfortunately we cannot explain where this stain came from. The ventilation in the shower works. We have tried that. Thank you very much for the information.

Ein liebes hallo von harry'S XL hotel Salzburg, vielen Danke für Ihre tolle Bewertung. Es freut uns, dass Sie einen schönen Aufenthalt bei uns hatten.

Beim Check In, achten wir darauf, dass wir zu all unseren Gästen sagen, dass wir uns noch in der Wintersaison befinden. Auch wenn es so warm in Salzburg ist 😊
Unser Heizsystem ist entweder warm (Wintersaison) oder kalt (Sommersaison) es gibt kein dazwischen bei uns. Es tut mir wirklich leid, dass die Rezeption vergessen hat, dies zu sagen aber ich werde dies im Team besprechen.

Posizione stategica. Camere comode e silenziose. Ottima colazione e personale molto disponibile e gentile. Adiacente alla Stazione di Salisburgo 100 metri. A piedi 15/20 minuti sei in centro. Mezzi di trasporto comodissimi. Arrivo dall'autostrada facilissimo e veloce: uscita Salisburgo Nord.

great reception service. very helpful front desk. excellent breakfast and value for money. Rooms are ok and location is very good ( near train station)

Wir waren mit einen JGA Gruppe unterwegs und für eine solche ist das Hotel mehr auls ausreichend. Die Lage neben dem Bahnhof ist sehr gut. Bei den Taxifahrern ist das Hotel nicht bekannt, da vllt. nochmal ein wenig Werbung machen ;). Preis Leistung ist gut.

Overall a very good 3 night stay. WIFI needs upgrading to more secure. Staff at reception were very very good and helpful throughout. Room although very basic was clean. Room could have had possible drinks ie kettle and tea/coffee would have been nice. Breakfasts were very good. Good location with easy access to bus/train transport.

Auf den Fotos im Internet schauen die Zimmer viel besser aus. In den Zimmern hat man ein Hostel-Feeling. Rezeption super, Frühstück ok, alles aehr einfach aber auch ganz praktisch.
