I talked to reception and wanted to change room but was told all rooms were booked out but I know at least the rooms around me were empty. As a resolution of bad internet the reception gave me the meeting room for working, which was not convenient to come back and forth but better than nothing.

Dear Chen, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sorry that you were unable to change your room, and we understand that it is important for you to have access to the internet during your stay. We value the comfort of our guests and are proud to offer access to the meeting rooms as a resource for those who do not have internet access in their room. We hope that our hospitality has helped to make your stay more enjoyable and look forward to welcoming you again soon. Best Regards, Philipp Gruber/Hotelmanager
