I had Voco Villach as a reference point from my last visit. Considered that the price was the same, the breakfast and room design were both disappointing. The receptionist also gave a bad impression.

Good, hotel quite good and rooms nice and modern. Only points of improvement should be the cleanliness frequency f the rooms and breakfast with more options. If you're staying for longer periods, you notice that both areas can be improved.

The experience was ok. The receptionists were always friendly and the breakfast area was mostly calm in the mornings, which is a nice change in comparison with a crowded breakfast in other hotels.

We understand how frustrating it can be to have to purchase shower gel elsewhere. Additionally, we’re sorry to hear that the pillow was uncomfortable for you and that the lack of separate waste bins made it difficult to properly dispose of waste.

questo nuovo trend di green friendly mi sembra più che alrtyo una scusa per tagliare i costi, eliminando i "frills" ma senza fare risparmiare il cliente, bensì per aumentare i margini di guadagno dell'hotel...è assurdo fare check in on line e poi aspettare 20 minuti alla reception per avere la chiave.

Schönes Hotel, mit einem etwas überschaubaren Frühstücksbuffet. Der Roboter zum Geschirr abräumen ist aber eine gute Idee und verbessert den Gesamteindruck. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Eindruck ist ok. Zimmer ok. Aber Frühstücksbuffet ist mangelhaft. Zu wenig Auswahl, kein frisches Osbst. 30 min gewartet auf Rühreier. Sehr wenig Sitzplätze … deswegen werde ich das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.

Die Wartezeit von 30 Minuten sollte nicht vorkommen; da stimmen wir Ihnen vollkommen zu.
Was genau war am Frühstücksbuffet mangelhaft? Es gibt bei der Saftstation saisonales Obst (Äpfel, Orangen, Weintrauben). Als Alternative gibt es auch frische Äpfel direkt an der Rezeption. Gerne können Sie uns mitteilen, was Ihnen außer Rühreiern gefehlt hat.

Modern offen und freundlich, Preis Leitung Frühstücksbuffet nicht ganz stimmig.

Leider Abwassergeruch in Treppenhaus und Gängen.
