questo nuovo trend di green friendly mi sembra più che alrtyo una scusa per tagliare i costi, eliminando i "frills" ma senza fare risparmiare il cliente, bensì per aumentare i margini di guadagno dell'hotel...è assurdo fare check in on line e poi aspettare 20 minuti alla reception per avere la chiave.

However, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered. It’s unacceptable that the shower gel was not replaced despite the cleaning staff visiting your room multiple times. We understand how frustrating it can be to have to purchase shower gel elsewhere. Additionally, we’re sorry to hear that the pillow was uncomfortable for you and that the lack of separate waste bins made it difficult to properly dispose of waste.
