What I liked: Location - Nearby amenities - Nice view - Cleanliness - Friendly staff.
What I didn't like: Breakfast is very poor - Almost no Halal food - No sufficient appliances in the room like fridge/coffee/Iron.

Hotel is really good but I like more cozy lobby style. This one feels to sterile.

Die Lage ist toll. Ich würde gerne wiederkommen. Einzig meine Frau hält das Heizungsgebläse von der Lautstärke nicht aus. Man muss es in der Nacht Abdrehen und mit tieferen Temperaturen leben. Aber erklären Sie das mal einer bzw. meiner Frau. 😉

vielen Dank für dein ehrliches Feedback und dafür, dass du dir die Zeit genommen hast, uns deine Erfahrungen mitzuteilen. Es freut uns, dass dir die Lage unseres Hotels gefallen hat und du gerne wiederkommen möchtest – das hören wir sehr gerne!

Wir möchten uns jedoch aufrichtig für die Unannehmlichkeiten mit dem Heizungsgebläse entschuldigen. Dass die Lautstärke störend war, tut uns sehr leid, und wir werden dies umgehend prüfen und entsprechende Maßnahmen ergreifen, um das Problem zu beheben.

Wir hoffen, aber euch bei ein weiteres Mal bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen und euch dann ein rundum angenehmes Erlebnis zu bieten.

For a family of 3 we were satisfied with everything. Just as a small observation, a smart TV would be nice to have instead of the standard TV.
