War ok, der Preis aber übertrieben

danke, dass du dir die Zeit genommen hast, uns dein Feedback zu geben. Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass du mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht zufrieden warst und der Service beim Frühstück nicht deinen Erwartungen entsprach.

Great reception; breakfast was mediocre (quality of products); room was not properly cleaned

We will certainly review Likewise we apologize for any shortfalls that you might have encountered with the in-room cleaning. This will surely be passed onto our housekeeping department. However, we would like to remind you that should something arise during your stay, our staff remains entirely at your disposal in order to find solutions as well as guarantee you a pleasant stay srtaightaway.

If you would like to give us a second change, we would love to show you how these were not our standards, not here in Vienna or in any of our 15 locations throughout Austria, Germany or Switzerland.

Good location, very kind staff

Clean and well positioned. Public transportation is close by and garage has reduced price for hotel guests.

Tolle Ausstattung, sehr sauber, großartiger Ausblick (muss mitgebucht werden), super ruhig, großartige Verkehrsanbindung, Klimaanlage, großes Zimmer für uns perfekte Matratzen.

Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen.

Unser Team ist sehr stolz darauf, unser Hotel blitzsauber zu halten und dafür zu sorgen, dass unsere Gäste auf unseren perfekten Matratzen gut schlafen können. Und wir können dir nur zustimmen: Unsere Lage ist wirklich toll, mit guten Verkehrsanbindungen und einer friedlichen Atmosphäre.

Aus Sicherheitsgründen kann man leider im ganzen Tower die Fenster nicht öffnen. Wir verstehen, dass dies den Aufenthalt beeinflusst. Unsere Klimaanlage sorgt jedoch für die Frischluftversorgung im ganzen Tower.

Wir hoffen, dass wir dich bald wieder für einen tollen Aufenthalt bei uns begrüßen dürfen!
