Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, und abwechslungsreich.

gute Anbindung an öffentlichen Verkehr

vielen lieben Dank für dein positives Feedback und die tolle Bewertung. Es freut uns sehr, dass dir die gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel besonders zugesagt hat.

Auch über die lobende Rückmeldung zu unserem Empfang, der Sauberkeit und dem Service freuen wir uns sehr – das motiviert unser gesamtes Team.

Ich möchte mich aufrichtig für den Zustand der Heizung im Zimmer entschuldigen. Dank deiner ehrlichen Bewertung konnten wir unseren Techniker beauftragen die Heizung dieses Zimmers zu überprüfen, wobei festgestellt wurde, dass diese leider defekt ist und eine Reparatur durchgeführt werden muss um unseren gewohnten Standards zu entsprechen.

convenient place being nearby shops and offices, as well as train station. the room was a bit noisy, party due to the -hvac system, partly to outside traffic (noise suppresion was not good).

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλό σημείο όσον αφορά τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς. Τα δωμάτια είναι πεντακάθαρα. Το οικογενειακό δωμάτιο ήτανε το ιδανικό για εμάς. Μπορούσαμε άνετα να κάνουμε προετοιμασία γεύματος. Από το πρωινό δεν έμεινα καθόλου ικανοποιημένος καν το ήξερα νωρίτερα θα έκλεινα το δωμάτιο χωρίς πρωινό και σε οικονομικότερη τιμή εννοείται. Κοπέλες που καθαρίζουν το δωμάτιό ήταν ευγενέστατες. Το προσωπικό της ρεσεψιόν ήταν ευγενέστατο. Μία γυναίκα στο πρωινό μας χάλασε όλη την εικόνα την καλή που είχαμε για το ξενοδοχείο.

At the same time, we are a certified environmentally friendly hotel, and as part of this certification, we follow a sustainability concept that reduces daily cleaning by default in order to save water, energy, and cleaning resources.
