So so hotel with potential to improve

Great hotel and great location

Regarding your comment about cleanliness, we would like to clarify that we are an environmentally certified hotel. As part of our sustainability concept, regular room cleaning is scheduled after the third night of stay in order to reduce water, energy, and detergent consumption.

However, daily room cleaning is of course available free of charge upon request. Simply let our reception team know, and we will be happy to arrange this for you at any time during your stay.

Gut. Nur würde ich bevorzugen dassbei der Küchengrundausstattung Öl Essig grobes Salz, Küchenrolle, Putzschwamm... dem Gast zur Verfügung gestellt wird

Zu deiner Anmerkung bezüglich der Küchengrundausstattung möchten wir dir gerne eine kurze Erklärung geben: Produkte wie Öl und Essig dürfen aufgrund geltender Hygienevorschriften leider nicht standardmäßig in den Zimmern zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Wir bitten hier um dein Verständnis.

In unseren Küchenzimmern sollte grundsätzlich eine Küchenbürste vorhanden sein. Falls diese in deinem Zimmer gefehlt hat, tut uns das sehr leid – das entspricht nicht unserem Standard. In solchen Fällen kannst du dich jederzeit gerne an unsere Rezeption wenden, wir helfen dir sofort weiter.

Convenience place, next to train station, around plenty shops and eat out venues. Room and storage are in good size.
