Hatte schon Besseres in diesem Hotel erlebt. Apartement war nicht sauber und obwohl wir 3 Erwachsene gebucht hatten war alles nur 2mal vorhanden (Handtücher, Gläser, Teller,...)

Sauberkeit und die Bereitstellung ausreichender Ausstattung sind für uns sehr wichtig, und es tut uns leid, dass wir in diesem Bereich nicht unseren Standard erfüllt haben.

Wir werden sicherstellen, dass unser Reinigungsteam gründlicher arbeitet und dass unsere Apartments angemessen für die gebuchte Gästezahl ausgestattet sind, um solche Probleme in Zukunft zu vermeiden.

Excellent. Nice place, good location, U6 line close.

Отель уютный, месторасположение удачное. Но мне не уютно было постоянное количество разношерстных людей вокруг гостиницы. Вечерв было жутковато
