The rooms are clean and the staff is helpful. Being in a mall gives great advantage.

I really enjoyed my stay here, lovely staff & an overall nice experience.

I arrived quite late, out of reception hours & (as a solo female traveller) I didn't feel super safe walking through the shopping centre to get to Harry’s on my own, there were a few people loitering in the centre & yelling!

At the same time, we thank you for your honest feedback about arriving late in the evening. We understand that such moments can be unsettling – especially when traveling alone. We take your experience very seriously, as the well-being and safety of our guests are of utmost importance to us.

Please also allow us to mention that the shopping center is monitored by security staff 24 hours a day. The security team is always present on site and available as a point of contact at any time, should assistance ever be needed.

Ok. Not great. Not sure I would stay again.
