Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication between the different parties involved. The offer was approved by the company without breakfast included. However, on the individual booking confirmations this was unfortunately not displayed correctly. For this reason, breakfast was charged separately at check-out. Please note that for the group as a whole, we had already offered a reduced breakfast rate.
We completely understand your frustration and disappointment, especially as this was not properly explained to you at the reception. Clear communication is very important to us, and we regret that this was not the case during your stay.
