Alles sehr sauber, gemütlich. Alles da, was man braucht. Alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Fenster lassen sich leider nicht öffnen.

Vielen Dank, dass du dir die Zeit genommen hast, uns so ausführlich zu bewerten! Es freut uns sehr, dass du dich bei uns wohlgefühlt hast und vor allem unsere Sauberkeit, die gemütlichen Zimmer und die Freundlichkeit unseres Teams so positiv hervorhebst.

Dein Hinweis zu den Fenstern ist ebenfalls wichtig für uns. Tatsächlich lassen sich die Fenster in unserem Haus aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht öffnen um maximale Sicherheit für alle Gäste zu gewährleisten. Wir verstehen, dass das nicht für alle ideal ist, und möchten dir dafür dein Verständnis danken.

Bezüglich der Lautstärke am Sonntag vermuten wir, dass hier der letzte Tag des Donauinselfests hörbar war. Wir bitten um dein Verständnis für diese besondere Veranstaltung in der Nähe.

A good business hotel.

Very friendly front desk, big room, comfortable bed. It would be great to provide a small fridge in the room.

Regarding your suggestion about a small fridge, we do offer some rooms that are equipped with refrigerators. Additionally, it is possible to order a small fridge to your room for an extra charge of €5.00 per night.
