Very well-kept hotel with extremely professional and friendly staff

A beautiful place with all the amentinies right in the heart of a mall. Not far from the city.

Way overpriced for a hotel with limited services and facilities. The rooms are dated and there is no view. This is a budget hotel at best yet it charges premium rates. Website suggests it has good views being in the millennium tower but in reality there are no views at all.

We are sorry to read that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We would like to kindly clarify that our hotel, located in a high-rise tower, offers different room categories — including rooms with views as well as rooms without a specific view. Our rooms with your desired view of the Danube are indicated as such on our booking website.

You selected a room without a view - since our availability was already limited due to high occupancy - and asked us for an alternate room category. Following your request, we reached out to you by email offering different upgrade options to a room category with a view. As we did not receive a response, we kept your originally booked category. At the time of your arrival, rooms with a river view were unfortunately no longer available. As a result, our flexibility was very limited, and the alternative room we offered represented the only available option in a higher category.

Thank you again for your honest feedback; we take it very seriously. We would welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future and hope to provide you with an experience that better meets your expectations.

Zeer netjes, vriendelijk personeel, zo ook in de restaurants rondom het hotel
Midden in een gezellig overdekt winkelcentrum
Leuke winkels en allemaal eet tentjes
Station om de hoek zo kom je overal
Ontbijt in hotel zelf vondt ik aardig aan de prijs 2 personen 4 dagen daarom niet gedaan.
Overdekt parkeren vondt ik ook wat prijzig maar dat is mijn mening
