Gut gelegen, aber irgendwie nicht zufriedenstellend mit dem gesamten Eindruck.

Lieber Herr Stein,

vielen Dank, dass du dir die Zeit genommen hast, uns dein Feedback zu geben. Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass der Gesamteindruck für dich nicht ganz zufriedenstellend war.

Besonders dein Hinweis zum Frühstück ist uns wichtig. Wir setzen dabei bewusst auf regionale Produkte und bereiten viele Dinge selbst zu – wie zum Beispiel unsere Aufstriche, den Kuchen und den Obstsalat. Wir wissen aber auch, dass die Auswahl für jeden Gast passen muss, und nehmen deine Anregung zu mehr Vielfalt bei den Brötchen, Aufschnitten und Gemüse gerne mit auf.

Deine Bewertung hilft uns dabei, uns weiter zu verbessern. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn du uns bei deinem nächsten Aufenthalt die Chance gibst, dich mehr zu überzeugen.

The receptionist was great, she told us everything we needed to know. The room was great as well, it was clean. Bed was very comfortable. We asked on booking for a view on river, and the view was amazing! Unfortunately we stayed just for one night, but we will definetly choose this hotel again when we visit Wien again. Location in shopping centre was great as well.

vielen Dank für dein ausführliches und ehrliches Feedback und die insgesamt sehr gute Bewertung! Es freut uns sehr, dass du unser Hotel für Geschäftsreisen als „absolut super“ empfiehlst und unsere Lage und Anbindung so positiv hervorhebst.

Auch für dein Lob an Rezeption, Service und Frühstück ein herzliches Dankeschön – und danke für den Hinweis zur Müsli-Auswahl. Wir nehmen das gerne auf und schauen, wie wir hier noch mehr Vielfalt anbieten können.

Bezüglich der Sauberkeit im Badezimmer möchten wir uns ausdrücklich bei dir entschuldigen. Das entspricht selbstverständlich nicht unserem Standard. Wir besprechen das mit unserem Housekeeping-Team, damit so etwas künftig vermieden wird.

Alles sehr sauber, gemütlich. Alles da, was man braucht. Alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Fenster lassen sich leider nicht öffnen.

Dein Hinweis zu den Fenstern ist ebenfalls wichtig für uns. Tatsächlich lassen sich die Fenster in unserem Haus aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht öffnen um maximale Sicherheit für alle Gäste zu gewährleisten.
