Great location, very spacious studio with a beautiful view, the hotel is located inside the mall and next to metro station. The staff is exceptional , especially Miss Elithatbeth Gabriel. She was very kind and went extra mile.

Lider leidet unter dem Vorwand „Umweltaspekt“ der gefühlte Komfort bei Preisen >100€/ Nacht/Person (Seifen leer, Toilettenpapier leer) durch das gestrichene House/Keeping!
Außerdem keine Heizungbohne Lüftung möglich - mit zieht es, ohne ist es zu kalt…
Und der fehlende (bzw. durch den sinnlosen Schrank zugebaute) Spiegel in Zi 701 ist ein echtes Manko!
Aber ansonsten tolle Mitarbeiter, tolle Lage und auch beim Frühstück toller Mitarbeiter und schöne Auswahl - an Neujahr sogar bis 13:00 Uhr! Danke für euer Engagemrnt vor Ort!

vielen Dank für das ausführliche Feedback. Es tut uns leid, dass es während des Aufenthalts zu Unannehmlichkeiten gekommen ist.

Im 7. Stock besteht jederzeit die Möglichkeit, WC-Papier und ähnliche Artikel zu holen. Auf Wunsch kann auch gerne eine Reinigung organisiert werden. Das Team vor Ort hilft gerne weiter, falls etwas fehlt.

Der Hinweis zum Spiegel in Zimmer 701 ist absolut berechtigt. Aufgrund eines Langzeit-Gastes wurde dort ein zusätzlicher Kleiderschrank installiert. Es wird bereits daran gearbeitet, dies zu ändern und den Spiegel wieder praktisch zugänglich zu machen.

Es freut uns sehr, dass die Lage und insbesondere das Team überzeugen konnten.

Vielen Dank nochmals für die Hinweise! Es wäre schön, bald wieder willkommen zu heißen.

Bis auf dass die Heizung nicht gut funktionierte und einige Kleinigkeiten (zB.Schwamm zum Abwaschen in der Spüle, Geschirrtuch in der Küche oder/und Küchenrolle) fehlten war alles super für eine Nacht.

100prozent sauber war es nicht... Hinter und unter der Mikrowelle zb. Oder unter dem Bett und im Abstellraum..

Für eine Nacht aber völlig ausreichend .

Hotel is walking distance to Handelskai train station with a secure and nice view. It would be good to have slippers and a better hair dryer for the rooms
