All the staff is lovely, but the lady that was present during my last day, definitely stood up for me, as she kindly left me clear instructions on how to book my trains to my next destinations, she was also very supportive and kind

Einziger negativer Punkt war ein ungewöhnlicher Lärm in der Nacht, der uns den Schlaf geraubt hat. Sonst alles gut

Super Lage, auch zum ÖPNV. Super Ausblick bei Donauzimmern. Lage im EKZ praktisch. Frühstück könnte noch besser sein- kein Omelette /Spiegeleier auf Bestellung. Aufbackbrötchen- dafür mit 18€ zu teuer.

Es freut uns, dass du die Lage unseres Hotels sowie den Ausblick aus den Donauzimmern genießen konntest! Auch deine positiven Worte zur Sauberkeit und unserem Service bedeuten uns viel.

Wir verstehen dein Feedback zum Frühstück. Unsere Backwaren werden direkt vor Ort aufgebacken, um Frische und eine gleichbleibende Qualität sicherzustellen. Wir versuchen, so viele Produkte wie möglich selbst zuzubereiten und regional sowie saisonale Produkte anzubieten. Omelette und Spiegeleier gehören jedoch nicht zu unserer regulären Auswahl.

Gleichzeitig nehmen wir dein Feedback sehr ernst. Wir sind stetig dabei, unser Frühstücksangebot weiterzuentwickeln und zu verbessern – daher schätzen wir deine Rückmeldung besonders.

Sono stao molto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno all'hotel Harry's Home.
La posizione è ottima vicino alla metropolitana e a tanti negozi.
La colazione è molto varia e la pulizia delle camere eccellente.
Mi hanno fatto un regalo perché era il mio compleanno.
Complimenti a tutto lo staff.

Harry's Home hotels are very impressive. I came as a visitor but left as a guest. Workers are very helpful and friendly even very late at night. Ms Tuana I cant remember her name well. She was very outstanding young lady. Its very rare to get such persons who love their work and go beyond professional requirements. They put their passion to supplement their professional requirement. I shall surely book in it once I happen to travel to Vienna.
