The hotel is modern, clean and of a very good standard. What was impressive though was the welcome and attention of the reception staff, particularly Tuana who is worthy of recognition. Her friendliness, eager to help attitude were very much appreciated and welcomed. A great first impression when arriving at the hotel an Tuana is a credit to the hotel.

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Natürlich kann man von eher günstigen Preisen nicht sehr viel erwarten aber wenn jemand eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit sucht ohne grossen Ansprüche ist Harry's Home eine sehr gute Möglichkeit.

Average hotel but way overpriced.

Regarding the pricing, we understand your concerns. During the Advent season, Vienna sees a significant increase in demand, which unfortunately leads to elevated prices across the city. Nevertheless, we strive to ensure that our rates reflect the quality and services provided.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered with the room's comfort, breakfast offering, and service. Your comments regarding the blanket size, breakfast variety, and the check-in process have been shared with the respective teams to ensure immediate improvements. Training and support for new staff are priorities for us.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Lage sehr gut mit allen Öffis alles schnell erreichbar

It was good in general. I arrived earlier and the staff at reception was very helpful in giving me an early check in. Overall room quality is pretty OK.
