Good standard hotel, very clean, just missing iron machine in the room. Breakfast food was almost empty (bad timing to attend probably)

it was general ok. noisy rooms, but there is noisy neighborhood

Wunderschönes Gebäude, gutes Frühstück, toller Ausblick, Fenster könnten sauberer sein, aber das ist wahrscheinlich schwierig bei so hohen Gebäuden.

Bezüglich der Fenster Reinigung hast du vollkommen recht – bei einem so hohen Gebäude ist dies tatsächlich mit besonderem Aufwand verbunden. Hierfür kommt ein spezialisiertes Team zum Einsatz, das stark von der Wetterlage abhängig ist, um die Sicherheit zu gewährleisten. Wir bemühen uns, die Reinigung regelmäßig durch führen zu lassen und danken dir für dein Verständnis.

Wir würden uns sehr freuen, dich bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen!

Außergewöhnliches Hotel im Tower. Gute Anbindung. Tolle Zimmer. Bewährtes Harry Home Konzept.

Good views, the pillow was not very comfortable, (too big and too soft) would be fine to have one or two types more
