Regular, el último dia de nuesra estancia mucho ruido durante toda la noche, lo comentamos en recepción y nos dijeron que tenian 3 grupos y que no podian hacer nada.... ¿¿??

We apologize sincerely for the noise disturbance during the last night of your visit. We understand the importance of a restful environment and regret that we were unable to provide that due to the simultaneous presence of several groups.
Regarding the room amenities, we acknowledge that we failed to meet your expectations for a family of four, and we are taking steps to ensure all our rooms are properly equipped to accommodate the needs of our guests.
We also wish to address the issue you encountered with the electric car charger. We offer access cards at the reception that can be used with our chargers if your personal card is incompatible. We assure you that all our charging stations are operational and this service can be accessed at any time for your convenience.
