Posizione strategica, sulla linea del tram. Stanza confortevole e ben isolata acusticamente. Pulizia ottima.
Non ho gradito la confusione e il rumore alla colazione, per via di tante persone e spazi ridotti.

We regret that we could not fulfil you expectations during the breakfast. For our individual guests we recommend to come about 8 to 9 o'clock to have breakfast. At this time
the clients guided by a tour operator have finished their breakfast and in the breakfast area it is not so noisy anymore.

Not too bad but nothing majorly to be impressed about

Dear Prabhu

thank you for taking your time to write us - we appreciate it - and for your detailed feedback.

We regret that we could not fulfil your expectations with the cleanliness in the room, we will forward it to the housekeeping company.
For the sake of environment, our rooms are cleaned every three nights. Every guest can apply for additional free cleaning at the reception desk.

Nevertheless we look forward to being able to convince you of our service during a future stay in the region of Zurich.

Camera grande e dotata dei servizi cucina utili. Alcune info dell hotel tipo prezzi, colazioni etc nn erano presenti in camera e avrei preferito.

Gute zentrale Lage mit sehr hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Das Frühstück ist im Verhältnis zu den Übernachtungskosten zu teuer.

Man hat ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Vor allem im extrem teuren Zürich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
