Improvement areas alreay mentioned, breakfast spread to be improved, more Asian dishes.

We regret that we could not fulfil your expectations with the cleaning and we will forward it to the housekeeping company.
Our reception desk is opened 24 hours - and in case the night auditor is ill, the guests can contact our deputy via telephone in the entrance of the hotel and assistance will be offered at any time.

Nevertheless, we look forward to being able to convince you of our service during a future stay in the region of Zurich.

Personnel très pro et sympathique. Lieu pratique à côté du tram. Chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Buffet petit-déjeuner très bien garni et bon. J’y reviendrais

Very nice people and the front desk. Very willing to help and answer questions. Also nice and effective people at the breakfast service. I would come back. Great location to get to and from the airport and the city. Great room with really comfortable bed. Slept well. Nice kitchen supplies. Really nice room with kitchen. Very cold with the aircondition Wish I could turn it off. But the front desk man with glasses gave me an extra heater. So thanks. And the front desk guy who worked at night was extremely helpful and answered so many questions. Special thanks to him too. And the woman who checked us in the first night and also worked the bar was extremely nice and knowledgeable about beer and wine, and let us taste before we choose. So thanks to her also.

From the moment we arrived, early on a cold January morning, we were made to feel welcome by the lovely people at reception and on the breakfast buffet - and breakfast was exceptional. Everyone was so kind, attentive and gave us a lot of practical information about the hotel and the area. The hotel itself is very clean, light and comfortable. Our room had a kitchen, sofa and a dining area which was really nice as we could relax after our long car journey. The secure parking was straightforward and plenty big enough for our trusty Freelander. Everyone spoke English which was helpful. We were there to see family who now live nearby so the location was perfect. Our family will all be staying at Harry's when we visit. Thank you all very much.

Ich nutze dieses Hotel ab und zu geschäftlich und seltener auch privat. Es weist einen sehr guten Standard bei Standort, Einrichtung und Atmosphäre; für mich sehr gut gelegen für meine Zwecke.
