Ci sono diverse limitazioni nell'hotel che, per il prezzo pagato, sarebbe opportuno migliorare.

Parkplatz, unübersichtlich, mein Auto wurde abgeschleppt, kosten 570.-.
Ein großes Problem, wie ich von allen Seiten hörte.

Ansonsten zufrieden aber das Problem müsst ihr lösen.

wir sagen Danke für Deine sehr gute Rückmeldung und Deine Zeit, uns nochmals zu schreiben.

Deinen unglücklichen Vorfall mit Deinem Auto bedauern wir sehr.
Vor dem Hotel befinden sich (gelb markierte) öffentliche Parkplätze, die als solches beschriftet und kostenpflichtig sind. Die externe Firma, die diese bewirtschaftet, führt mehrmals täglich Kontrollen durch und handelt dementsprechend. Auf dieses Vorgehen haben wir leider keinen Einfluss.

Unsere hauseigenen Stellplätze befinden sich in unserer Tiefgarage, zu der unsere Gäste an der Rezeption nach der Bezahlung von CHF 25.-/Tag den Zugang erhalten. Gerne kann ein Parkplatz bereits im Zuge der Buchung mitbestellt werden.

Nichtsdestotrotz freuen wir uns, Dich bald wieder bei uns als Gast begrüssen zu dürfen, falls Du wieder einen Aufenthalt im Grossraum Zürich planst.

Very nice accomodation, great rooms and cleanliness. A little apart from the city center, but it was placed fine for my trip objective.

Nous logeons souvent au Harry's, pratique pour aller à Zurich. Chambre agréable, à part le chauffage défectueux (pour la 2eme fois en 2 séjours différents).
Les personnes à la réception font tout pour que tout s'arrange rapidement, très efficaces.
