We stayed here for 3 nights and the apartment were not cleaned during this time so I can not comment on the cleanliness.
Haus Arkona is an apartment house. The price includes the initial supply of linen and final cleaning.
An interim cleaning of the apartment would have been possible for a small fee, if you had informed us.
We would be delighted to welcome you again in our house.
