Im großen und ganzen war alles i.O. Allerdings das Zimmer war Ziemlich aufgeheizt. Wir hatten vereinbart ein Zimmer zur Hafenseite in den oberen Etagen für mich zu reservieren. Leider hat das nicht geklappt.

Pus: hotel well located, size of the room very good and very clean. Minus: few people from staff speaking English; reception desk no flexibility to the request of early check in (without explanation). I was stooped at breakfast line with gestures to leave my coffee and yogurt immediately and go to the front desk because the breakfast was not paid. The issue was clarified afterwards (no apologizes). This is not the way to treat guest (specially when I was checking out only the next day).... All my things were in the room! The risk on a non paid breakfast does not justify this behaviour! I travel around the world and fully understand different cultures: politeness is an international and global standard!

Zimmer und Frühstück völlig in Ordnung. Für das Gebotene aber auch sehr teuer! Mitarbeiter wirkten sehr gestresst und dadurch nicht sehr freundlich. Offenbar kannten einige Mitarbeiter auch interne Abläufe nicht. Schade.

allgemein ganz gut, wenn nicht 2 Schulklassen ûber die Flure toben und beim Frühstück ich als 35zigster in der Schlange zum Büffett stehe.

Ich habe mich im Havenhostel Cuxhaven rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war erstklassig und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
