We are really very sorry because of the problems with noise. We encourage all our clients to inform us about their inconveniences in order to offer them an alternative immediately, maybe we could have change the room.

Molto buono. Bello avere anche la piscina e la zona relax per destinarsi a fine giornata!
Unica nota negativa il rumore durante la notte dei vicini di stanza che tornavano a notte fonda e non si preoccupavano di fare silenzio. Inoltre pur essendo un albergo non fumatori era evidente che al nostro piano ci fosse qualche ospite che fumava. Quando l'ho comunicato alla reception, sono stati molto gentili e comprensivi.

Estamos encantados de saber que hemos estado a la altura de sus expectativas.
Lamentamos los problemas con sus vecinos de planta, esta claro que no todo el mundo es respetuoso y a veces nos es complicado lidiar con estas situaciones . Sentimos los problemas causados.
Transmitiremos sus felicitaciones a todo el equipo, seguro estan muy orgullosos de ello.

Todo muy bien, sólo que las camas para matrimonio no son enteras sino que son simples que se unen. Si bien los colchones son cómodos resultan inconvenientes al estar separadas.

Overall experience excellent

I really enjoyed my stay

Apart from above points I made to improve room would also be good if safe could fit Lap Top

Also swimming pool is wonderful touch but would be good to increase the size of the pool as there is space for this
