Das einchecken dauerte lange, da viele Leute gleichzeitig einchecken wollten und viele Fragen hatten. Darum mussten wir sehr lange warten, bis wir überhaupt einchecken konnten. Dies ist nach einer sehr langen Anreise mühsam.
Ansonsten war es wirklich wunderbar. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Die Dame, welche für den Einlass und den Unterhalt des Frühstücks verantwortlich war, war äußerst fleißig unterwegs und kontrollierte und füllte nach, wo etwas nötig war.
Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Roomcleanerin, welche das Zimmer nicht nur sehr sauber machte, sondern auch die vielen Stofftiere meines Sohnes derart einladend auf dem Bett platzierte, dass uns das Herz aufging, als wir wieder kamen. Das war wirklich äußerst nett.
In der Dusche ist etwas Schimmel sichtbar, welcher entfernt werden sollte.
Ansonsten gab’s bezüglich Sauberkeit gar nichts zu bemängeln.
Insgesamt ein sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel.

We apologize, but we understand that our guests want to have all the information clear upon arrival. Although we tell them (if there are a lot of people) that we can explain it to them more calmly later, not everyone wants to wait. We are sorry.
We work to make our guests feel unique and special, and it is a great satisfaction to know that we have made you feel so good with us!

L'hôtel était très agréable l'emplacement en particulieret le personnel très sympathique. La piscine en revanche est très petite mais elle a le mérite d'exister.
Nous venons régulièrement à Barcelone alors si le prix était plus abordable c'est un hôtel que nous choisirions pour revenir régulièrement

Hotel bello, con camere ampie. Peccato per le finestre bloccate che mi hanno fatto sentire un po' in gabbia.

Hele mooie en leuke ervaring met het hotel! Dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden. Ook dichtbij de metrohalte en bushalte ! Mooi en aangenaam zwembad met handdoekenservice. 2 flessen water bij aankomst! Zeer leuk en aangenaam. Mooie en ruime inloopdouche! Airco werkte supergoed! Enkel als ik een klein minpuntje mag / moet geven vinden wij beiden de bedden te hard om in te slapen. Ik kan jullie enkel en alleen maar aanbevelen!!!!

Excellent - arrived to be politely greeted, I arrived early and my room was ready, the room (for a single room ) was spacious and clean & each time I walked past reception I was smiled at. Great location . Breakfast varied with excellent choice.
