Tienen un magnifico team de empleados que hacen la estadia de sus clientes mas facil y agradable. La profesionalidad, toque personal, acogida de Xavi en la recepcion del hotel el dia que llegamos fue excepcional, a pesar de que teniamos un problema que no era del hotel sino de la Agencia, el se apropio de ese problema y lo resolvio con mucha profesionalidad y su calidad de servicio supero por mucho los estandares. El team de la reception del Hotel siempre estuvo presto a servirnos con mencion especial a Inma, Erik y Martin quienes nos ayudaron con diversas reservaciones e informaciones turisticas. Estan siempre atentos a las necesidades de los clientes.

Muchisimas gracias por su fantastica opinión , estamos encantados de saber que hemos estado a la altura de sus expectativas.
Gracias por valorar nuestro servicio, sin duda nuestro punto fuerte. An exceptional experience staying at this hotel. Polite and welcoming staff all round, who went out of they way to cater for your needs. Would give them a rating of 10/10 if it was possible. Will definitely recommend and stay there the next time I visit Barcelona!
