Hotel is new and nice, rooms clean, location excellent, breakfast ok, except for reception experience wouldn't have any complaints

Nos complace saber que hemos estado a la altura de sus expectativas en cuanto a confort y limpieza.
Lamentamos su experiencia con recepcion. Efectivamente las dos personas que habia en recepcion no entendieron que queria añadir una persona más en su habitacion con el correspondiente suplemento en lugar de añadir una habitación más. Posterioremente , es correcto, en caso de tener habitaciones con terraza disponibles siempre las ofrecemos , informando del cargo adicional, por si el cliente quiere hacer un upgrade. El cliente tiene la opcion de cogerla o no.
Efectivamente por error del personal de recepcion se le cobró una tasa en exceso ya que el acompañante no iba a estar toda la estancia si no solo una noche, como nos indica. La tasa es un impuesto que estamos obligados a cobrar y al ir ligado a la reserva, por error se cobro de más, lamentamos que pudiera pensar que era un tanto sospechoso. Le aseguro que no fue nuestra intención , si no un error.
Ciertamente fue un cumulo de errores que le rogamos nos disculpen . Lo sentimos.

Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse på HCC Montblanc. Vi är väldigt glada för poolen och terrassen som vi nyttjade dagligen. Det var väldigt skönt att få svalka sig i poolen efter en varm dag i stan.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l hôtel,le personnel est très serviable. La terrasse est bien aménagée avec sièges ,bar et piscine.

the location was very good and the staff in particular Chris was extremely helpful especially when we requested a room change. we were moved to 516 facing pool which was a lot quieter, however even this room had noise issues as we could hear voices and foot traffic from room above not ideal but manageable. pool could be beneficial to have shade umbrellas
