Si bien estuve tan sólo 2 días, fue una grata experiencia. La atención y predisposición del personal, es inmejorable. La ubicación es excelente cerca de todo (medios de transportes, tours de compras, gastronomía, etc.) Y lo mejor de todo la relación precio-calidad. MUY RECOMENDABLE.

Very good but my enjoyment was marred by not having tea and coffee making facilities in my room spoilt it.Thats very important to me.

Regarding the coffee service in the room, it is correct that we do not have it, although we have kettles availables to our clients as request as we inform in our directory. For us it is a matter of safety and hygiene and we prefer not to have this service.

We definitely hope to book here if we are in Barcelona again. The staff graciously gave us access to our room after our cruise ship docked early morning. (I did email in advance for this consideration). The room was surprisingly large for a European hotel. The bath was very modern and clean. Our only complaint is that the door from the bedroom to the bath is frosted glass, so when turning on the light to use the bath at night, it lights up the entire bedroom. Our only other complaint was that our key cards locked us out of the room every day, so we always had to go down to the lobby to have them remagnetized when we got back.
