Very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful - they are the hotel’s best asset. I would suggest that the chaperones for the school trip visitors exercise a little more oversight, especially after 10 p.m. I want the students to enjoy their stay, but not at my expense.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich. Die zentrale Lager ist für einen Städtetrip optimal und die Metro ist gleich um die Ecke.

Il mio soggiorno è stato ottimo. Un consiglio: rinnovate gli spazi comuni al piano terra (hall, bar, sala colazione) il design non è accogliente troppo old style anni '80. Le camere e il bagno (ampio molto confortevole) sono invece più interessanti, con poco potrebbero essere veramente top.

Gentile Federica, innanzitutto mi scuso per i disagi che ha riscontrato durante il suo soggiorno presso il nostro hotel. Siamo sempre alla ricerca di migliorare il nostro servizio e i vostri feedback sono estremamente importanti per noi.

In merito alla mancanza di un servizio ristorante, ci teniamo a far sapere che durante i giorni festivi di Pasqua il nostro ristorante è stato eccezionalmente chiuso. Tuttavia, nel nostro bar è presente una carta che propone una vasta scelta di piatti come insalate, piatti da condividere, pizze e altre opzioni per poter cenare o pranzare in modo vario e completo.

Inoltre, ci dispiace molto perr il rilevatore di fumo coperto da carta e il minibar chiuso. Abbiamo preso nota della vostra segnalazione e ci assicureremo che il personale addetto alle pulizie presti maggiore attenzione a questi dettagli in futuro.

Ancora una volta, ci scusiamo per i disagi che avete incontrato e ci auguriamo di poter accogliervi nuovamente nel nostro hotel per dimostrarvi che il vostro feedback è stato preso seriamente e che abbiamo apportato le dovute migliorie al nostro servizio.

Without these noisy works in the neighbourhood, our stay would have been just fine.

First of all thank you for the time used in sharing your experience with us.

６連泊、スタッフの方々にとても親切にして頂きました。
清掃スタッフの方も明るく挨拶してくれて、清掃時間も色んな時間に対応して頂きました。
