Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from the other rooms and the the water from showers and toilet could be heard.

Hotel jest w bardzo dobrym miejscu, obsługa bardzo miła, wspaniale spędziłam w nim wolny czas

Good value for money, for 3 stars. Location is plus.

I assure you that we will do everything to solve the issues.
We have our bar open from 11.00 until 24.00 h. every day , we don´t have the terrace bar open yet. Sorry for this inconvenience

Overall it’s satisfactory with the price and location is great. The only thing I experienced and hope for improvement would be the broken hair dryer. It would be good to replace with newer model or a stronger one.

La experiencia no fue mala, pero como he comentado antes, el baño olía a humedad debido a un elemento extraño que alguien olvidó retirar.

Muchisimas gracias por compartir con nosotros su opinion Sr. De Scals.
Lamentamos enormemente la incidencia que nos comenta, son hechos que no pueden pasar. Precisamente nuestro standar de limpieza es muy alto y lamentamos enormemente las molestias que hayamos podido causarle.
Lo sentimos muchisimo.
Disculpe las molestias y averiguaremos que es lo que pudo pasar para que no se vuelva a repetir.
