Most enjoyable weekend, 2 Springsteen concerts and Barcelona game. Appreciated being able to leave luggage and collect after midnight post concert prior to going to airport for early morning flight

Tutto il personale è stato gentilissimo anche nel riservarci un tavolo in un ristorante vicino per una ottima paella e in generale tutti molto cortesi.

Excellent staff service with check in —friendly and efficient since I had pre-paid for a 5-day stay. Appreciated that we were given a room early in the morning after disembarking from a cruise. However, the room location was not the best one. We were in Room 608 facing Via Laietana which is undergoing street work all day long and starting early in the morning. Since we stayed for 5 days I feel that we should have been given a room in another location away from the street noise. Another issue was the air conditioning system which did not cool the room appropriately. In order to cool the room, we were forced to open the window and listen to the street work noise plus the rowdy street people over the weekend. The cleaning lady did an excellent job keeping our room clean and shiny.
