Without these noisy works in the neighbourhood, our stay would have been just fine.

First of all thank you for the time used in sharing your experience with us.
We encourage all our clients to inform us about their inconveniences in order to offer them an alternative immediately maybe changing your room.

６連泊、スタッフの方々にとても親切にして頂きました。
清掃スタッフの方も明るく挨拶してくれて、清掃時間も色んな時間に対応して頂きました。

The only bad thing was the breakfast. I had just coffee(it was gmvery good) and sweets. All the others were below par. I haven't tried the fruits.

Rigtig dejligt hotel med god beliggenhed meget tæt på metro og Ramblaen, dejlig morgenmadsbuffet og rigtig god service. Vi savnede en ekstra stol på værelse - der var kun 1 stol til 2 personer.

Helt grei.

Thank you for your feedback regarding our breakfast offerings. We will certainly take your suggestions into consideration and strive to provide a greater variety of toppings and fresher yogurt.
Additionally, we appreciate your comments on the scrambled eggs and will work to improve their preparation.
Regarding the soap in the bathroom, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We check every day but maybe was a mistake in your room.
Lastly, we appreciate your suggestion for small plugs next to the bed we are just doing works on it.
