Room was great, location was great, price was reasonable 2 of the female staff were very rude and unhelpful, one at check in and one upon departure. Will not be back, sorry.

Regarding what you tells us, clarify that when you arrived at the hotel, reservation was made as individual clients but it was 8 rooms that came together. Because it was not having communicated this fact in advance we had to check every reservation one by one. Note that there were extra people in the group who had not made a reservation and therefore had to modify the type of room reserved at the same moment. On the other hand we had to activate rooms that you yourself had canceled. For the safety of our customers we must review each reservation to be sure that everything is correct so if they had advised us of all these facts in advance surely everything would have been more agile.
We understand that having been the ones who did not advised that 8 rooms were coming together, that there were canceled reservations, that there were extra people in the group, you should have been more patient with the situation and not bother the people who were doing their job correctly. We regret if ensuring your safety seemed inopportune but that is how we work and will continue to work for the safety of our customers.

Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from the other rooms and the the water from showers and toilet could be heard.

Hotel jest w bardzo dobrym miejscu, obsługa bardzo miła, wspaniale spędziłam w nim wolny czas

Good value for money, for 3 stars. Location is plus.

We have our bar open from 11.00 until 24.00 h. every day , we don´t have the terrace bar open yet. Sorry for this inconvenience
