Pleasant. However I am disappointed to see that you do not have more sustainable practices in your hotel. I was not informed whether or not you recycle the waste / rubbish from bedrooms. I was not informed of the nearest places that I can recycle during my stay. I notice that you used a lot of single use plastic in the rooms and in your conferencing facilities (water bottles and plastic pens, you have plastic bags on cups in the bedroom and paper seal on the toilet... is this necessary?) I feel that you could be doing a lot more to ensure that the carbon footprint of your operation is reduced and that your guests are better able to support the Glasgow declaration of reducing tourism carbon emissions by 2030. or you need to communicate better what you are doing. Could you advise guests on the optimum level temperature to heat (18C) / cool (25C) a room in the bedroom to help them make the better choices as recommended by EU?

As i needed to stay in the room more than usual, I could not sleep because of the working team. It was noise from the drilling machine.

First of all thank you for the time used in sharing your experience with us.
We are deeply sorry to know your inconvenience about cleaning. We have cleaning until 16.00 h. but If we had known from the first day that you wanted early service, we would not have hesitated to do it, it´s not an inconvenience to us, we only have to know it.
We encourage all our clients to inform us about their inconveniences in order to solve it inmediately

Was great only the beds are just a liltle bit unconfortable and the blamket could be warmer

Excelente hotel para dormir si quieres visitar Barcelona, muy buena ubicación, cerca de todos los puntos de interés, trabajadores muy amables
