NEL COMPLESSO CONSIGLIEREI L'HOTEL PER LE RECENSIONI SOPRA, TRANNE DI MANTENERE LA PRENOTAZIONE ORIGINALE E NON AGGIUNGERE GIORNATE A QUELLE PRENOTATE.

Siamo molto felici di sapere che hai apprezzato il suo soggiorno con noi.
In effetti la sua prenotazione originale aveva un buon prezzo poiché è stata fatta in anticipo e c'erano diverse camere prenotate. Volendo rimanere fino alle 19:00, devi pagare un supplemento ed essendo praticamente pieno quel giorno, non abbiamo potuto applicare una tariffa vantaggiosa come quella che avevi. Nel caso in cui si conosca in anticipo il requisito di questo late check out, è sempre meglio prenotarlo in anticipo per avere la tariffa più vantaggiosa posilbe.

First off, I'd like to thank Jessica at the front desk, along with her male colleague, who was working on the afternoon of Nov. 10. We had a problem with our room being way too hot. The doorman came up to check and immediately agreed there was no cool air. Jessica immediately upgraded us to the best room in the hotel! This new room (801) would have been perfect except that the heat was on here again and we could not get the room to cool down. Luckily the door opened to a patio which made the room liveable. The front desk said the hotel was in the midst of changing over from the A/C of summer to the heat for winter, but this past weekend was very hot and needed the A/C. Other than this problem, I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Thanks for your feed back about shower we will check if there is something wrong in your room. There are a Thermostat to adjust room temperature in all our rooms, sorry for this inconvenience, we encourage all our guests to advice if there is a problem in order to solve it as soon as possible.

Would not go back and will not recommend to anyone.

Lamentamos no haber estado a la altura de sus expectativas.
Sentimos la incidencia en el servicio de desayunos, averiguaremos que es lo que ha pasado pues nuestros standares de calidad son altos y son hechos que no deberian pasar.
Acerca del olor, ciertamente el domingo 13 de diciembre estuvieron poniendo asfalto en la calle donde daba su habitacion. Lamentablemente no fuimos informados de estos trabajos por lo que no pudimos tomar remedio al respecto. Tal y como le indicó la recepcionista que indica, de habernos dicho esta inconveniencia en el momento del suceso y no en el momento del check out, hubiésemos podido hacer algo al respecto, pues tenemos habitaciones que dan a otras calles por lo que no hubiese sido ningun problema para nosotros.
Sentimos que haya tenido esta imagen de nuestro servicio ya que como bien puede ver en prácticamente todas las opiniones, nuestro servicio y amabilidad es uno de nuestros valores más preciados.
Lamentamos no haber podido atenderle .
