Good location, cleaning staff was great, needed some better customer service.

Très bonne. Personnel sympathique et serviable. Emplacement idéal. Petit bémol: les chambres donnant sur la rue sont très bruyantes, après une nuit dinsomnie à cause du bruit, la personne a laccueil a accepté de nous changer de chambre pour une chambre côté piscine et ce, avec le sourire.

Un grand merci aussi pour mettre en évidence le confort de notre emplacement , confort et surtout notre personnel !!
Nous sommes vraiment désolés poru les problemes du premier jour mais comme vous avez vu ce nest pas un problème pour nous de changer de chambre si celle que vous séjournez ne vous semble pas

we were on the 7th floor and the water pressure in the shower WAS TERRIBLE!!!! It would be nice if tissues were in each room

We are sorry because of the problems with water pressure during your stay There were works in the street and without advise us they made small water cuts that perhaps affected the water pressure momentarily. We apologize for the inconvenience and we are sorry because we were not notified of it

Loved it. Even with all the disruption of the construction going on outside, it was still a quiet and comfortable place to stay.

I believe the security needs to be enhanced. I am the guest whose handbag was stolen from the piano bar and there should be more attention paid to who may be entering. I also believe the hotel management should either view the security cameras themselves or push the police to review so that the perpetrator can be identified and maybe their access to the property in the future can be prevented. The night before our departure there was a very boisterous gathering on the pool terrace below our room which lasted until 3;30am. If security was monitoring the property they should have intervened and either have them move indoors or quiet down.

Lamentamos la incidencia que nos comenta . Tenemos camaras de seguridad en todas las zonas pubilicas del hotel y ellas estan a disposición de las autoridades en caso de que nos las soliciten, tal y como ya le indicamos .
Lamentamos tambien la incidencia en la zona de la terraza, desafortunadamente no todos los clientes saben comportarse pero tal y como vió , nada más que nos avisió el personal del hotel fue a desalojarlos de inmediato .
Lo sentimos y seguiremos trabajando para mejorar.

Nos agrada saber que su estancia en nuestro hotel ha estado a la altura de sus expectativas.
Ciertamente tenemos ofertas con precios más competitivos si se reserva con más tiempo de antelación, lamentamos que esta vez no hayan podido beneficiarse de ellas debido a el corto tiempo de antelación de su reserva.
Les animamos a que puedan reservar con más antelación la proxima vez y puedan tener una mejor tarifa.
